This Privacy Statement applies to your use of this Site only. We do not own, operate or control the personal websites of Sales Associates or contracted Service Providers like Multiple Listing Services (MLS), virtual tour services, social media sites, etc. Accordingly, this Statement does not apply to Service providers, Social Media sites or sales associates' websites or to their collection, use, storage and disclosure of your Personal Information.

1. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
Gilbert Realty does not automatically collect your Personal Information based on website visits. However, in order to respond to your requests and to enhance the services we offer you, we do collect Personal Information which you voluntarily submit in order to obtain certain services or information, including (A) requests for special communications, such specific listing information, requests for more information, requests for DVDs; request for area information, sending you new listings that fit the profile of your saved search; (B) requests to find a property, to list your property, and to find a sales associate; (C) requests to contact you; (D) requests to email a listing to a friend.

Requests to Find or List a Property or to Find a Sales Associate
The best method is usually a direct free call to our office. However, if you submit a request through our Site's contact form (e.g., to find or list a property or to find a sales associate), you will be asked to provide limited Personal Information which we refer to the sales associates to respond to your request. For example, if you ask that we list your property or if you ask to see more listings in a given area, you request will be directed to one of our Sales Agents or Real Estate Brokers.

Contacting Us
If you contact us, we collect Personal Information, which is retained or referred sales associate or broker depending on the nature of your inquiry. If you are looking for a property or a sales associate, it is referred to a sales associate; if your inquiry or complaint requires a response from us, it is referred to appropriate staff for research and a response. Note, for unresolved issues, the owner / broker can be reached toll-free via the phone numbers identified on this Site. We do not use third party answering services; however we do use third party service vendors for promoting website advertising and promotion and placement of listings. The people at our office are qualified to take and provide information or to get you to a person who can satisfy your request. The information we collect may be used for follow-up marketing specific to your request.

Refer a Listing to a Friend or Family Member
If you request us to send a listing to a friend or family member, you will be asked to provide the friend's name and email address in order to personalize the email and to send the email. We do not store this information, and the information is used to send the one-time referral email, mailing and a potential follow-up on the information provided.

Employment Inquiry
If you are seeking employment, you will must contact and provide your Personal Information directly to the Gilbert Realty about yourself. We only maintain this information for potential employment for future potential positions.

2. Collection of Non-Personal Information
Even if you do not send us any Personal Information, we collect general use information about how the public uses our Site ("Non-Personal Information"). This information cannot be used to identify you personally and is explained in more detail below under "Non-Personal Information".

If you are accessing information about Gilbert Realty and our Site via another third party sites, including search engines, any ads or images which you see are on the third party websites and are not on the Gilbert Realty Site which is not a part of Gilbert Realty. We do not allow third-party ad servers to employ anonymous cookies on our Site. However, from time to time, we may procure third party search engine optimization packages which promote our website. Also, we do not provide third-party ad servers access to any Personal Information about you that you have provided directly to us.

Opting Out of Third-Party Ad Servers

Third party businesses we "engage" to provide services on our or your behalf, such as hosting, website development, site support, email services, Multiple Listing Services, have access to Personal Information, but do not disclose the Personal Information to other businesses or use it for any purpose other than providing the requested services for our company and our real estate agents in support of our clients and users.

There may arise special circumstances where it is necessary for us to disclose and use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, such as: to enforce this Privacy Statement; to protect our property or rights; to protect the safety of anyone; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or improper activities; to carry out a merger or consolidation with another entity, a sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, or any similar transaction; or for other reasons we determine in good faith are necessary, appropriate, or required by law, such as responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal or administrative process.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including community information, listing services, agent websites, social media, etc. These links are normally set to open to a new browser page or new tab where you may view their site. These are not pop-up ads but the opening of new pages/tabs. However, when you click on links to other organizations etc, you will go to a third-party site where you will be subject to that site's privacy statement. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites and we expressly disclaim any liability for their actions, including actions relating to the use and disclosure of Personal Information by those third parties.
